Only two of us today! But what perfect weather for workout around the stage. We warmed up with a lap, through the tunnels, and arm circles. The cones were set up in 4 areas. We did 5 rounds making our way to each cone.

Stage of abs

  1. 30 BGS
  2. 30 Little baby Flutter kicks Sets
  3. 30 Plank Crunch
  4. 30 Leg lifts with pulse up
  5. 30 Russian twists Set

 

Use weights

  1. 30 Bicep curls
  2. 30 Around the world
  3. 30 Bent over rows
  4. 30 Overhead press
  5. 30 Reverse flys

 

Sexy legs

  1. 30 lunges T (forward or backward)
  2. 30 Sumo squats
  3. 30 curtsy lunges
  4. 30 Side lunges
  5. 30 Monkey humpers

Use the stairs

  1. 30 Tricep dips
  2. 15 Stair inch worms with push up
  3. 30 Bulgarian split squats 
  4. 30 Mountain climbers 
  5. 30 Shoulder taps 

This took us exactly the amount of time needed so we stretched and cooled down.
