BackBlast:

We started with a quick lap and some OYO stretches and then we got right to it.

The Thang:

We split the Pax up into 2 groups so that we could have more space since we stayed under the pavillion. At each corner we performed one exercise and moved to the next corner either, Lunge Walking, Sprinting, Bear Crawling, Or by Inch worm. The pavillion is more of a rectangle so we did the inchworms and bear crawls on the short ends.

1st Corner-Cardio
