We were a small but mighty group this morning!
2 beautiful ladies braved the rain to join me for a simple yet effective Eleven workout. I sometimes like the small groups so we can chat and I get to know my FiA sisters a little better ❤️
We started off with a Brass Monkey Humper warm up. You hold a monkey humper in the up position during the song Brass Monkey then you do a monkey humper every time they say monkey. We definitely felt this one & were ready to start the thang!
Standing side leg lifts with resistance band
And a nice stop in the middle for 5 jumping jacks.

Another nice stop in the middle for 4 imperial squat walkers
