Great crowd today for our Fri-Yay Run! I think the curse is broken – the rain held off and the wind was minimal. Amazing weather for running!
We gathered at 5:30 and started with prayers for so many of our FiA sisters’ families and friends who are experiencing illness and health issues right now and for the many blessings bestowed on us everyday. There has been so much going on that it’s really reminded me to hold loved ones tight and be thankful for the days you have. We wrapped with a COT and then took off on our regular route. We missed the Ruckers today but had all the speeds and intensity levels. Lots of high 5s and “great job”s when everyone met back at the start – I’m pretty sure it was a 3+ day for everyone!
