It is International Friendship Day!
We started with a quick warm up of Michael Phelps, TTT IC, gorilla swings, Jumping Jacks and a small baby lap. I planned a tabata using the letters “Friends In Action”. We did each exercise for 50 seconds before moving on to the next. We made it through the entire workout twice adding a few laps around the usual loop and got close to 1 mile in.

We ended with a Song Challenge “Dark Horse”. Circled up for COT and NOR then enjoyed coffee and conversation together. The air was thick and humid but we got it done together. So thankful for my FiA friendships!
