It’s been a while since I’ve done a Dora workout so I thought today would be a good day to do it! I who better to do it with than your friends! Side note, the cooler weather was awesome!!
We started out with a set of jumping jacks to get our heart rate up.
We split up in pairs, one person ran while the other did the exercise, then swap until they reached the total amount.
250 bicep curls to OHP
300 LBFC (little baby flutter crunches)
After that we did a round of Bat Wings – 20 each – forward am circles, backward am circles, seal claps, overhead claps, hallelujahs, and added Morrocan night cubs.
Lastly we did a round of 5 minute abs. 1 mine for each exercise with no rest in between.
