Oh how I missed my crew!

I needed a total body AMRAP to get be back in the groove.

So we started with good stretching and then into the thang.

The thang:

10 minutes each section

Core:

20 Russian twist sets

20 LBCs

20 penguin sets

20 reverse crunch

20 Superman

Run a lap

 

Upper body:

10 bicep curls

10 tricep extension

10 upright rows

10 overhead press

10 chest press

Run a lap

 

Lower body:

10 deep squats

10 donkey kick sets

10 single leg deadlift sets

10 2 pulse lunge sets

Run a lap

Came back together for some stretches and conversation. I am so happy to be back. 😃
