With it being the first Saturday of Spring Break and the weather turning cold again, I was pretty sure I would be alone. But, thankfully Caliente and Walker came in on two wheels ready to work.
We warmed up with a Never Have I Ever and learned that Walker is the wild one of the group. 😂 Then we got to work on our ladders. We went up the ladder, then back down, then took a lap around the Grove.
Arm Ladder:
10 Bicep Curls to Overhead Presses
20 Upright Rows
30 Tricep Extensions
40 Chicken Wings
50 Hallelujahs
After a water break, we repeated the ladder going down, then ran a lap.
Leg Ladder:
10 Crockpot Squats
20 Curtsy Lunges
30 Side Lunges
40 Sumo Squats
50 Lunge Pulses
We went up, then back down, then ran a lap.
Last, we did an Ab ladder:
10 In and Outs
20 Leg Lifts
30 Bicycles
40 Flutter Kicks
50 LBCs
Crazy enough, time was up after we finished our abs! We chatted, we prayed, and we chatted some more. We missed everyone, but it was a great Saturday! I totally forgot to take a picture!
