13 PAX showed up this morning to get miles in! The ladies went ALL OUT making me feel extra special on my birthday. FiA Cherokee makes a BIG deal about birthdays and it’s fun to be a part of it!! I was showered with flowers, a yard sign, balloons, cards, gifts, and lots of love overall!
Since I turned 34 today- I gave the PAX 3 challenges to choose from:
1. Run 7 miles (3+4)
2. Run 3.4 miles
3. Run intervals- 3 minutes at race speed and 4 minutes at recovery pace.
No one accepted challenge 1 🤣. But we all hit the pavement and crushed our individual goals. After we finished, the PAX had coffee, drinks, and lots of healthy snacks for a celebration. Goodness I love these people. Age doesn’t matter in the least when you are surrounded by these types of women!
