It was Game Day this morning at the Mill and lots of talking and fun too! It was a great way to start the day and I treasured the time! Thank you ladies for coming out and joining me.
We started with Foster demonstrating a PT style plank that she learned. It apparently REALLY works your abs, so when a modification is needed, we can show you what to do!
Warm up – arm circles, Michael Phelps, imperial walkers, toy soldiers
The Thang: I brought out the BINGO board. We rolled dice and did the exercise that corresponded with them. If we rolled a “your pick” that could have been number of reps, letter or number. Each bingo on the board led to a lap being run. We ran six laps total and almost cleared the board. Exercises are listed below that we completed.

Forward shoulder raise
Side shoulder raise

Burpee with push ups
Angry donkey kicks
Triple beast jumps
Forward tricep push ups
Crock pot squats
Not completed: Carolina dry docks and Push up with side planks
