On this chilly but gorgeous Halloween morning, I got to co-Q a beatdown with one of my girls (Twinkle Toes). We had 8 PAX join us this morning & we all had a ghostly ghoul time!! We warmed up with arm circles forward, arm circles backward, Michael Phelps, Windmills (IC), Through the Tunnels (IC) & Toy Soldiers (IC).
For the Thang, we did 3 exercises, 1 routine, took a lap then we repeated that pattern for as many rounds as we could. TT was team Ghoul & I was team Ghost. We went around the circle having the PAX call out Ghost or Ghoul then the corresponding Q chose the exercise or routine.
For the exercises, we ended up doing 10 reps of the following:
-Glute Bridges (x2)
-Curtsy Lunges (sets)
-Flutter Kicks (sets)
-In & Outs
And for the routines we completed the following:
-Joan of Arms
We completed 5 rounds for a total of 15 exercises, 5 routines & 5 laps. After the last lap, we gathered for a picture then circled up for prayers & Name-O-Rama. Before we moved to coffeteria, TT passed out some Halloween goodie bags she made for everyone. We sent most home with extras for their kiddos/husbands too. We won’t tell if any of you ate the chocolate out of the bags first. 😉
