12/08/2021 - arena - Gingerbread Treats

We started with dynamic warm-up exercises and then the fun began…We rolled the die and whatever it landed on we ate that treat off our gingerbread scene. We had reindeer, trees, gumdrops, house, lollipop, and free choice on the die. If you rolled a gumdrop then you picked one of the gumdrop exercises to do and we erased our scene as we moved through our workout. It was a fun and different way to get a good workout in.
