We started our morning off with a No Counting Dora and running all different areas of the Arena in honor of Global Running Day.
Warm up was arm circles, Michael Phelps, imperial walkers and stretching the back.
Partners were decided upon and we started the Dora. While one partner ran what was listed next to the exercise, the other partner was doing one of the exercises listed below. When the runner returned, positions were switched. No set number meant we could really challenge ourselves with form and reps!
Overhead triceps – run the green square
J Lo’s – run around the stage and sidewalk around green square
Lunges (pick your style) – run the stairs only
Bicep curls – in and out – run tier one
Flutter kicks with your shoulders raised – run tier two
Jump Squats – run tier three
Carolina dry docks – run tier four
Bourbons – run the green square
Glute bridges – run around the stage and sidewalk around green square
Merkins – run stairs only
Prisoner squats – run tier one
Renegade rows – run tier two
We cooled down with stretching, a prayer, COT and picture.
