It was a partner workout this morning. Four PAX arrived and it made for an even split! It is was an easy warm up and the temps were pretty warm too. A balmy 63 degrees….

Warm up – arm circles, Michael Phelps, imperial walkers, toy soldiers

Three different “Stations” to choose from – A, B, or C

Format: while one partner does either squats, lunges or glute bridges, the second partner rolls the dice and does the corresponding exercise. When the roller partner is done, then they switch and partner one does the listed exercise and partner two does squats. After 6 exercises rolled, the partners took a lap.

Station A – squats while other partner rolls for listed exercises below:

Exercises rolled for: 10 burpees, 20 donkey kicks, 30 bicep curls, 40 penguins, 50 jumping jacks, 60 hallelujahs

Station B – lunges while other partner rolls:

Exercises: 10 star jumps, 20 fire hydrants, 30 russian twists, 40 imperial walkers, 50 monkey humpers, 60 flutter kicks

Station C: glute bridges while other partner rolls:

Exercises: 10 merkins, 20 inchworms, 30 plank jumps, 40 calf raises, 50 second plank, 60 skip rope

Patience left a bit early to take those precious kiddos to school (she drives a bus), but we all finished two of the three stations. Took a picture so all were included and then those of us who stayed completed two more rounds of two stations with 15 reps of each exercise.

COT, basket give away, prayers, names – all the fun stuff completed, we headed off for our day!
