BackBlast:

Our workout started with a warm up that consisted of neck stretches, arm circles, windmills, and IT band stretch. We then did 7 exercises and ran/walked a lap. I let the pax choose their amount of reps and a goal of completing it 3-5 times. I think we all accomplished that. : ) We ended with COT and names. Here is the workout.

Legs: Around the Worlds

Biceps: Serve the Turkey

Back: Reverse Fly

Glutes: Narwhals

Triceps: Scarecrows

Run/Walk a Lap

Rinse and Repeat
