With 6 months down, 6 months left to go, I called this the “Halfway done” Q.
We warmed up with lots of stretches on our arms and legs.
We also did high-knees in cadence.
We partnered up and set our matts halfway down on a parking lot lane. We were doing the same four workouts but starting from 21 reps to 1.

We didn’t quite make it to 1 which is okay! We were moving the whole time. I saved the last 5 minutes for some “Never Have I ever” and if the ladies had done the question, they did high knee skips across the parking lot lane.
We did happy prayers for Hallmarks niece, Partly Cloudy, and for all of our FIA sisters <3
