11 of us showed up to the Den on Tuesday to swap some candy for burning calories and getting stronger!!

I brought an FNG today from baseball who has a hubby in F3 (thanks Barney) and saw on Facebook I was in FiA and told his wifey to hook up with me to get started because she was interested!! Welcome Ashley Perry (The graduate) because this hot mama has 3 degrees (CNA, BA Biology & BA Psychology – I believe) she spent basically her entire adult life in college!!!! She is currently being an awesome mommy and wife until her bambinos get a little bigger then she can go kill it in the medical field with her mad knowledge!!

Warm-up

Played a Halloween version of would you rather…..

Drink Apple Cider (Toy Soldiers) or Hot Chocolate (Windmills)

Be a Ghost (Alt Toe Touches) or Be a Zombie (Single Leg Deadlifts- no weights)

Go to a Haunted House (Alt Knee Tucks/Hugs) or Go to a Haunted House (Hip Raise with Turnout)

Walk a graveyard at night (FWD Lunges) or Sleep in a real Haunted House (Alt side Lunges)

Read a spooky story (Rising torso twist) or Watch a scary movie ( Michael Phelps)

Go trick or treating ( FWD arm circles) or Hand out candy ( Back arm circles)

Buy a costume (butt kicks) or Make a costume ( High knees)

Eat all the candy (jumping jacks) or Trade your candy for cash ( Running Man)

 

The Thang

We each took turn pulling a candy bar paper out of the Reese’s bucket and doing the thang listed on the poster board that went with the candy!! took a lap of 2 parking rows after everyone went and continued pulling! We didn’t get through them all but here is what we did do in no particular order… sets where applicable always
