Today we joined our FiA sisters far and wide with our official FiA birthday beatdown. But….since I feel pretty confident that the official beatdown was designed for a slightly larger group than two, we did make a few minor modifications.
THE THANG:
Since the picture below says it all, here’s where we deviated from the set beatdown. We did our runs and exercises together, including holding our static poses for time. We did 50 star jumps each, because that’s what our bladders could handle 😂
So while we were a small group we still celebrated!
