It’s the first day or Fall, you guys!! And 2 badass PAX met up with me at The Mill this morning to welcome my favorite season with a bang!
A little Fall Deck of Death started us off.
- Clubs – Unicycles
- Hearts – Glute Bridges
- Diamonds – Gun Shows
- Spades – Sumo Squats
Every 3rd exercise, we ran a loop.
Next up…Lt. Dan!!! Ow.
And then a second round of Deck of Death.
- Hearts – Lunges
- Clubs – Elevated Merkins
- Spades- American Pie Situps
- Diamonds – Figure 4 Squats
Yup. We spelled out Uggs and Leaf. Because Vanellope thought those were the most Fall-like 4 letter words she could think of (thank goodness…😳😳)
Followed by COT and NOR.
