5 pax got together on a chilly day to learn 4 fun facts about Llama’s. But just we warmed up with a jog around the Arena, follow the leader style.
The exercises were in tabata format, 30 seconds on and 10 seconds rest. We repeated each set 2x for a total of 9 exercises per round. Each round has a fun fact!
1. Llamas are closely related to camels
Squats, rows, plank
2. Llamas are smart and easy to train
Lunges, merkins, shoulder taps
3. Llamas are used as guard animals for livestock
Dead lifts, OHP, imperial walkers
4. Llama poop has almost no odor
glute bridges, chest press, bicycles
We had about 15 mins so we did Elevens with burpees and sledge hammers! We only made it to 5/6 before time was up.
We stretched, said prayers and did names.
