3 beautiful PAX joined me this lovely Mardi Gras morning. And the no rain & 47 degrees made for some perfect weather 😊
We started with a warm up of arm circles, Michael Phelps, and a lap around the loop.
Then we got started on THE THANG:
The workout was a pretty basic Tabata (no counting!!) with 3 rounds. I was also pretty happy that I figured out my Tabata timer!!
We did each exercise for 50 seconds with a 12 second rest until the next. After we finished a round we ran a lap around the loop.

We almost made it through all three rounds twice & decided to end on an on your own stretching & COT.
