HAPPY NATIONAL BACKWARDS DAY!
9 PAX met up on this beautiful Friday morning (thank you to the rain for holding off until we were done!) for a completely BACKWARDS beatdown! With some backwards hats…some 90’s Pop hits playing in the background (along with bringing it back dance moves and karaoke like sing-a-longs from our PAX)…we gathered our courage and we did EHT GNAHT (aka the thang).
Exercise 1…Crawl Bear (backwards bear crawl) to cones…and then backwards run back to the mats.

- 20 Tricep Kickbacks (both sides)
- 15 Backwards Lunges (sets)
- 20 Reverse Crunches
- 15 Reverse Bicycles (sets)
- 20 Donkey Kicks (sets)
- 15 Kickback Squats (sets)
- 20 Reverse Pushups (sets)
- 15 Reverse Burpees
We were supposed to hold a Reverse Plank between the sets, but everyone kept up beautifully today so it wound up not even being a thing!
Once we were done with all of our backwards and reverse exercises, OF COURSE we had to get an extra pic of our BACKsides. (Lookin’ good, ladies!)
Followed up with COT and Name-O-Rama and then we all went on our merry way a little lighter and bouncier than we were when we got there.
