4 pax celebrated New Years with a Dora workout. After some light stretching and warming up, we paired up to start the workout.
Round 1 – 100 total of each exercise while the partner runs a lap.

Y-raise (Superman in a Y position
Round 2 – 150 total while partner ran
Eve Rest (1 lunge, 1 squat, up the stairs while the other ran lap then catch up to take over)
Round 3 – 200 as a group, no laps (we were running out of time) 50 each person
Y-press (like shoulder press but out into a Y)
Extended upright rows (extend arms out, then to row)
Alternating lunges with twist
