Despite the temptations to sleep in on a holiday weekend, 3 PAX joined me at the Union to get stronger today. The temps were PERFECT. Humidity was low and we can all taste fall in the air!

We warmed up with some jumping jacks, windmills, toy soldiers, Michael Phelps, and then our usual Union jog.

The Thang

We spelled LABOR through a series of Top Gun sets.

We were running close to time so at this point we circled up and prayed- said goodby to Snickers and then finished up with about a 15 minute R For run- no top gun format.

It felt good to get it done! Great work ladies! I know it was a lot of counting! But y’all worked hard this morning!
