There are multiple reasons for a group count workout : All those yummy treats from the 4th, It’s Monday! Let’s start the week strong and till I joined FIA I never met so many people who didn’t like to count! We went and took turns counting out reps and making each other accountable.
We also did a plank challenge in preparation for Olympics and a song challenge to Baby Shark, which I will be sure to include again.
