It was just 3 of us at The Grove this Saturday, so I modified my circuit plan on the fly to be more like a triple check instead. We all love triple check, so it worked out well!
We warmed up with stretches, high knees, butt kicks, and an Indian Run around the circle. Then we got started.
Round 1: Push Ups, Squats, Run
Each PAX does one exercise or runs. When the runner returns, you rotate. We did each round twice.
Round 2: American Pie Sit Ups, Chest Press, Run
Round 3: Plank, Lunges, Run
Round 4: In & Outs, Side Extension to Tricep Kickbacks
Round 5: The Fun One – Hula Hoop, Jump Rope, Run
We ended with some laughs because my hula hoop was busted. It did NOT work. And this time, it wasn’t just user error.
We finished out our workout with a Glute Bridge Sally. Then we stretched for 1 minute and circled up for COT.
Yesterday, two brand new shiny and beautiful hula hoops appeared in my garage! Thank you Shrinky Dink!!! I can’t wait to bring them out to FiA.
