The wind this past weekend was pretty blustery and although it had calmed down a little today it was still whipping from time to time trying to blow our mats away.  Four wonderful ladies joined me tonight for an ALARM workout.  We did some stretching and then got started. ALARM stands for an arm exercise, a leg, an ab, run, and an “m” exercise.  I did it as a tabata so we would’t have to count.  50 seconds on and 10 off.

We still had a little time left so we did the song challenge of “Hustle” by Pink.  Throughout the song you do Pilates 500 and each time she says “hustle” you do an an in & out.  We took one more lap and then circled up for prayer.
