I was so excited to see 9 smiling faces including one FNG join me this morning to start my birthday off right with a Birthday Fun Tabata. 😊 🎉
We started with a quick warm up of arm circles forward, arm circles backward, Michael Phelps, Toy Soldiers & Through the Tunnels. We then got to work on our Tabata spelling out Birthday Fun doing each exercise for 41s & resting for 12s. In between the two words we jumped rope for 1 min then after we spelled both words we ran up the stairs around the light post & back. We got through it 2 times then did some active stretches together.

A – American Pie Sit-ups

We finished up with a quick picture, named our FNG Mint Julep (she loves horses), COT, NOR then announcements.
