I had to step in as a last minute Q, so I threw something together in honor of Thanksgiving being next week.
First we did a five minute hit warmup that included jumping jacks, lunges, deadlifts, Burpee‘s, and mountain climbers. We did each exercise for 30 seconds with no rest in between and repeated.

The thang

I had three sections one for legs, one for arms, and one for abs. We did the first section, then walk a lap, did the next section, walked a lap, and then the third section and walked a lap. We were able to do this twice.

For legs we did 12 each of squats, Right leg dead lift, left leg dead lift, curtsy lunges, plié squats, and calf raises.

For arms we did 12 each of bicep curls, upright rows, overhead press, push-ups, and tricep extensions.

For abs we did 12 each as big girls sit ups, planks – knee to elbow on each side, In-N-Out’s, Rosalita’s, and Hip dips.

When we were done we did our COT and name o’ rama and we each said three things we were thankful for.
