We did our 11’s a little different. We ran down the lane, around the cars and down the hill around the island and back to our mats. We then did both exercises two hit 11.
50 Burpee shuffles
200 jump ropes
300 Squat touches
We run the same loop and back to our partners. Collective number between partners, or in our case we had groups of three.
We didn’t stop the whole workout and we pushed each other to keep up our speed on the hill. It’s was a huge calorie burn workout. Love this Fall weather. Great work ladies.
