We started with some Sun Salutations for our warm-up. Then we started. We had all our stuff at the bottom of the hill and we all ran up the hill together snd fetched an exercise out of our pail. We then ran back down and performed the exercise and then ran back up and fetched a new exercise to do. We made it through all 15 exercises and then walked a lap for cool down. Here is a list of the exercises: 20 deadlifts to upright rows, 20 push-ups and 10 squats, 20 crunch and punch, 20 plank pull through, 20 scissors with hip thrust, 20 arm circles and 10 hallelujah, 20 wide squats with OHP, 20 backward lunge with reverse fly, 20 bridge with chest press, 20 imperial walker with squat, 20 j-los and 10 shoulder taps, 20 lateral lunges and 10 high knees, 20 plié lunge to standing side crunch, 20 triceps extensions in star pose, and 20 shuffle, shuffle, tap. We walked a lap for cool down. We did cot and names.
