I had 5 PAX join me this morning before the rain came in again.
We warmed up with arm circles forward, arm circles backward, Michael Phelps, toy soldiers (IC), through the tunnels (IC), and jumping jacks (IC).
We did 5 rounds of 5 exercises starting with 10 reps for each exercise then increased the reps by 10 each round finishing with 50 reps of each exercise for the last round. After each round we ran to the second light post & back.
Exercises as follows:
- Calf raises
- Reverse Lunges (total)
- Toe taps (total)
We completed the routine & still had a little time left so we did a round of Bat Wings, stretched, took a picture then circled up for prayers & Name-O-Rama.
We had great weather this morning & beat the rain completely as it didn’t even start sprinkling on us till did the Hallelujahs.
