Today was “one of those days”! I forgot my white board with the entire workout written out on it and somehow forgot to take a pic after our beatdown! I had it all planned out too… The big hill in the background to show everyone how we conquered it!! Ugh! Oh well, guess we will just have to conquer it again soon!! Then remember to take the pic…KODAK!!
On to THE THANG:
After an Indian Run warm up we came back to our mats that were at the bottom of the hill to get ready for some hill sprints! 10 times to be exact! Each Pax took turns doing a hill sprint while the rest did an exercise until all 6 Pax ran a sprint.
9.Lateral Side Raises
Next we did a song challenge – Krazy – Front/side Jumping Jacks (Krazy hook), Butt Kickers throughout. We were blessed with a little drizzle that felt so good after all that, but had time for 2 more sprints as I called out a Pax name & we all did their exercise of choice. 1st was Numberina – Russian Twists. 2nd was Mama Bear & she chose Hammer Curls. We took a few minute to stretch before COT & Name-O-Rama where we named our FNG…Alpine for her love of hiking! Welcome!!
