Good morning to reverse lunge. Fwd & bwd lunge. Split stance row to kick back. High knees. Goblet squat. 180° squat jump. DB alt Arnold press. Mountain climber to push up. Renegade hip tap. Burpee.
One min rest.
Heels elevated narrow goblet squat. Weighted curtsey lunge. Side lunge to imperial lunge. Sumo squat to clean press. Plank jack. Alt one legged deadlift. Glute bridge alt leg raise. Pullover to leg extension. Best shoulder tap. Russian twist. Ankle tap crunch. Rotator cuff.
Then we did a round of choose your exercise (6 total) then COT and name o Rama! Thanks ladies for coming out and sweating your bums off with me!! Y’all are amazing!
