BackBlast:

This morning we tackled one of my faves, the Kraken.  I was ready to get going, but thanks to Straight Shooter, she reminded me that we needed to warm up first.  lol.  So after a quick warm up, we got started.

The Thang ~

Kraken.  8 stations in a circle.  All pax spread out to a cone.  Do the exercise for that station. Run a lap around the entire circle, past the cone you were at to the next cone. Rinse and repeat around the entire circle. Once you got to the starting cone, then continue with decreased reps/sets. We started with 30.  On the 2nd round, we dropped to 20, and if you made it to the 3rd, you dropped to 10.

It was a great workout, with all the pax getting a least 2 miles.

  1. Bear squats
  2. Plank jacks
  3. Curb pushups
  4. Curtsy lunges
  5. Calf raises
  6. Scarecrows
  7. Jump squats
  8. Raggedy Anns
