7 amazing PAX joined me on a cold Monday morning to celebrate FiA’s 8th Birthday/FiAversary, 80s style!
We warmed up with arm circles and Michael Phelps and then Southern Charm led the PAX in some through the tunnels.
With a kickbutt 80s Pop playlist going, we started the thang! FiA Nation had requested that we all do the Kraken for their birthday, so that all FiAs would be doing the same kind of workout. So, that’s what we did!
8 stations. One exercise at each station. Do the reps at one station, run the entire route and then to the next station. And so on and so forth. For added challenge, carry your weights with you! The stations were:
- 16 Bicep Curls
- 16 Big Girl Sit-Ups
- 16 Squats
- 16 Overhead Tricep Extensions
- 16 Horizontal Hillbillies (Sets)
- 16 Donkey Kicks (Sets)
- 16 Overhead Press
- 16 Curb Merkins
These ladies killed this routine, as always!!
Afterwards we circled up for COT and Name-O-Rama.
