We met an hour later for a full 6o minutes on this beautiful holiday morning. Seven beautiful ladies joined me including Blood Pup who gave it her all! Who know it was BOP day (BOP: bring our peanut…we made it up).
Anyways, everyone was MOST excited for my sassy warmup choreography. The 80s jazzercise heart of mine could only stay down for so long. We started our day with tempo/choreographed Toe taps, Jacks, Lunges, Squat reach and Toy soldiers to the song “Came here for LOVE”. Which is why we are here! We came here for love. The love we have for each other in this group is something people dream of. A safe space, a place where we can let down our walls and count on one another. Galatians 6 challenges us to “Carry each other’s burdens” which is truly what this group is all about. Celebrate the highs and hold hands through the lows.

After the super FUN warmup song (you know you liked it! haha), we took a lap and got to work.

We made it through 4 times and stretched to my other favorite FIA song by Whitney Houston “Higher Love”.
COT, prayer for healing and peace for a friend recovering from a stroke, healing for all those effected by COVID, and thanks for all HE has done for us. Then we enjoyed a little coffee before rushing off to our families.
Y’all, Our God is so good, living in Canton and sharing this community with you is one of my greatest blessings. I will never it for granted. It’s an honor to call you my friends and to get to share life with you incredible ladies. Be safe and I look forward to seeing you again soon!
