This morning was all about choices! We warmed up with arm circles, Michael Phelps, toy soldiers and imperial walkers. On the board were two different ladders to choose from and we got started with our workout. Starting with 10 we worked our way up to 70 before taking a lap around the parking lot. Once returned, you worked back down the ladder from 70 to 10.

Ladder 1:

10 burpees

20 tricep dips

30 bicep curls

40 rotator in and outs

50 curtsy lunges

60 flutter kicks

70 high knees

Ladder 2:

10 inchworms with push ups

20 forward tricep push ups

30 hammer curls

40 reverse flyes

50 toe taps or box jumps

60 little baby crunches

70 mountain climbers

All of us made it up and down at least one ladder, several of us made it through both ladders. We took a picture, had a COT with names and prayers, a few announcements were made and then we were on our way for the day. Thanks for joining me this morning!
