7 beautiful ladies joined me this morning to make up for my solo Q last Wednesday π 5 of us even met up early to get some extra steps!!
I was lucky that I still had my stolen beatdown written on my whiteboard from last week. I donβt know who created this workout (no name on the BB) but itβs a BEAST!!!
The Thang:
Ladder 1:
10 Push Ups
20 Monkey Humpers
30 Russian Twists – sets
40 Squats
50 Jumping Jacks
60 Bicep Curls
70 Mountain Climbers – sets
Run the stairs & do 10 calf raises. Start at 70 reps and work back to 10. Run the stairs & do 10 calf raises.
I decided since we didnβt have a lot of running I decided to have us run a long lap around the school.
Ladder 2:
10 Burpees
20 Plank Jacks β Sets for IG π
30 Fire Hydrants while holding bear – Sets
40 Lunges – Sets
50 Flutter Kicks – Sets
60 Tricep Dips
70 Step Ups β Sets (Pilgrim smoked us ALL on this one!!)

We were running out of time & I wanted to finish so we changed a few of the sets to totals & were able to finish! We circled up, prayed, and limped to our cars to start our day #BetterTogether.
