We began with some stretching and a quick warm up of arm circles.

We then launched into our ladder workout.

Ladder I

10 Pushups

Monkey Humpers

Russian Twists

Squats

Jumping Jacks

Bicep Curls

Mountain Climbers

10 Calf Raises and Run a Lap

Repeat the ladder, starting at the bottom and working our way back up

Ladder II

10 Burpees

20 Plank Jacks

30 Fire Hydrants

40 Lunges

50 Flutter Kicks

60 Tricep Kickback

70 Step ups

10 Calf raises, and Run a Lap

Go back up the ladder.

We had a little time remaining so we did 25 bicycles and 15 BGS

We ended with COT and a prayer.
