Repeat the ladder, starting at the bottom and working our way back up
20 Plank Jacks
30 Fire Hydrants
50 Flutter Kicks
60 Tricep Kickback
70 Step ups
10 Calf raises, and Run a Lap
Go back up the ladder.
We had a little time remaining so we did 25 bicycles and 15 BGS
We ended with COT and a prayer.
