We started with some stretches and then got started…we used the 3 loops in the park for our workout.
Loop around the Playground: Skip A Lap and then do 20 LBC, 20 Peter Parkers, and 20 Bridges or Narwhals
Medium Loop: Jog A Lap and then 20 push-ups
Large Loop: Run A Lap and 20 Lunges of choice and 20 Squats
Rinse and Repeat
We visited so much that I lost track of how many times we repeated it! I think at least 3 times completely through. We ended with COT and names.
