Leg Day Baby! My sister in law helped me write this one and it was killer! Concept…totally burn out your right leg for about 15m, do some squats, then burn out your left leg for 15m, do some squats and an ab/glute finisher…weights optional for all moves! To say I was sore was an understatement, will have to keep this one in mind for the future!
Kill Right Leg
-10 walking lunges with pulse down and back (right leg only)
-15 single leg rdl
-15 side lunge
-15 reverse lunges
*3 minute AMRAP – sumo squats, sumo pulses, frog hops
Kill Left Leg
-10 walking lunges with pulse down and back (left leg only)
-15 single leg rdl
-15 side lunge
-15 reverse lunges
*3 minute AMRAP – standard squats, squat pulses, squat hold
*5 minute finisher (1min each move) — Glute bridge pulse, bicycle crunches, glute bridge hold, crunches, plank jacks
