After a week off I was not prepares for this 🤣
We did three sets (I think that’s the terminology 🤷🏼♀️)
Set one: butterfly glute bridges
Squat to upright row. Stair squats. Deadlift pulses. Chest flys.
Set two: narrow squat hold lateral toe taps. Reverse lung with kick back. Donkey kick pulse. Fire hydrants. Lazy girl around the world’s.
Set three: warwalls (new name for an elevated Norwal) single leg flunge. Sumo squat pulses. Frog jumps. Skull crushers.
We did 15 reps of each exercise and stair jogged after the round.
When all was said and done we named our new FNG and took the worst selfie I’ve ever taken 🤦🏼♀️🤷🏼♀️🤣🤣
