Warm-up: Arm circles, through the tunnels
AMRAP 1: 2 minutes
20 jumping jacks, 10 alternating lunges
AMRAP 2: 2 minutes
20 high knees, 10 kettlebell swings
AMRAP 3: 2 minutes
15 body weight squats, 10 alternating lateral lunges
AMRAP 4: 12 minutes
12 lunges or squats, 10 squat jumps, 8 kettlebell swings
AMRAP 5: 12 minutes
20 LBC, 16 hip thrusts, 10 American pie sit-ups, 8 alternating v-ups
we walked a lap in between #3, #4, and #5. We finished with COT and names.
