Brrr…it was a cold one!  We warmed up with various stretches and moves as well as a power walk.  Then we started a kettle bell circuit.

1 minute each, 10 seconds rest between:

KB Swings

Russian Twists

Goblet Squats

Figure 8s


Lunge & Press

Upright Rows


SLDLs (single leg dead lifts)

Bicep Curls

Half Get Ups

1 Arm Rows

After our circuit, we speedwalked a lap.  Then we rinsed and repeated again.  We had a few minutes after our second round so we each picked our favorite to do a third time.

It was chilly, but we had great company and a good workout!
