Weather temps definitely dropped over the weekend, but the PAX came prepared and ready to work- although mumble chatter was pretty high today.
We started with just a big warm up loop to heat things up a little while we waited on everyone to trickle in. When we got back, we started the thang.
LL School J
I had encouraged everyone to bring medium/heavy weights for this to challenge their legs and booties a little more than usual. We did the standard LL School J from 10 down to 1. Then I was cruel and made them start at 1 and go back up to 10. Then we took a lap to shake it all out.
ATM’s and Absolutions
We started with an ATM. Then we did 3 absolutions. 3 was too easy.
Then we did another ATM. Then we did 10 absolutions. 10 was a little rough after an ATM.
Finally we did our last ATM. Then we did 6 absolutions.
We finished with our usual COT, prayers for Wilson’s friend Chris, and of course name-o-rama. It was great to be with all the girls this morning.
