I was sooo excited to do this workout bc it’s so difficult and makes you good sore. Definitely is worth getting up before the rest of the world wakes for this one!
We met in the usual spot and did a little warm up of Michael Phelps and jumping jacks. We then started our jog over to the bus lanes. We stopped at each lamp post to shoot two jump shots. Once we arrived we were nice and warm.
We started the workout by running down to the last bus lane (27) and doing 27 calf raises. Then we ran back to the starting lane and did a burpee. We then ran to bus lane number 26 and did 26 sets of skaters. Ran back to the start and did a burpee. We repeated this, moving on to the next subsequent bus lane with 25 sets of lunge pulses. Back to the start for a burpee, then onto the next lane for 24 mountain climbers. We repeated each of these exercises trying to get to the lowest number bus lane before time was up.
When we finished we did a quick prayer and COT. We then moseyed back to our cars from there. Thanks for a great workout ladies! It was a great start to my marathon day!
