Today was the perfect day to launch our new Bridgemill AO, The Mill!!! No rain and a perfect temperature! 5 PAX joined me to load the buses for our first day at a new school!
First we did a light warm up of arm circles, Michael Phelps, and toy soldiers…and then we jumped into the Thang!
The Thang (Loading The Buses):
There were 4 exercises:
1. Imperial Squat Walkers (sets)
2. Crab Tricep Dips with Crab Cakes (total)
3. Shoulder Taps (sets)
Run to the furthest bus lane (23) do that many of exercise 1, run back to bus lane 1 and do 1 burpee…run to bus lane 22 do that many of exercise 2, run back to bus lane 1 and do 1 burpee…and so on and so forth.
It was a TOUGH workout, but we made it through the whole thing right at 6:13, so the timing worked out great!
We circled up for COT and Name-O-Rama and then chatted for a few minutes before everyone headed off to start their day…a little more bouncy and glowing after a good workout and time with friends.
