We paid a little visit to Lt. Dan and his buddies today. Each exercise was done in Lt. Dan style, with a 1/4 count repeated up to 10/40. And it was sooooo humid it made it tough to get through. It kinda sucked. But we got through 5ish rounds, with laps in between. There’s no one Id rather get gross with! 🤣
