In light of the circumstances, five packs showed up today to try and get a good workout in. We’re hoping to spread some good luck for everyone by doing a work out I called lucky sevens.
first we warmed up with jumping jacks, toy soldiers, and through the tunnel.
7 exercises, 21 reps, 3 rounds
On the first round we ran a lap around the playground in between each exercise. On the second round we ran around the playground every other exercise and on the third round we ran around the playground at the end of the round.
order of exercises
dumbbell squats, overhead press, lunges, Carolina drydocks, crunches, donkey kicks, and tricep dips.
We ended with circle of trust very spread apart and heavy prayers for our country and the people who are sick.
